Ingredients
- 2/3 c. boiling water
- 1 pkg. (4 srvg. size) JELL-O Watermelon Flavor or any flavor
- 1/2 c. cold water
- Ice cubes
- 1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip, thawed
- 1 prepared graham cracker crust (6 oz.)
Method
- Stir boiling water into gelatin in bowl 2 minutes or until dissolved.
- Mix cold water and ice to make 1 1/4 cups.
- Stir into gelatin until slightly thickened.
- Remove any remaining ice.
- Stir in whipped topping (reserving enough for garnish
- on pie if desired) until smooth.
- Refrigerate 10 minutes or until mixture will mound.
- Spoon into crust.
- Refrigerate 4 hours or until firm. Garnish with whipped topping if desired. Yield: 8 servings.
