Ingredients

  • 2/3 c. boiling water
  • 1 pkg. (4 srvg. size) JELL-O Watermelon Flavor or any flavor
  • 1/2 c. cold water
  • Ice cubes
  • 1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip, thawed
  • 1 prepared graham cracker crust (6 oz.)

Method

  • Stir boiling water into gelatin in bowl 2 minutes or until dissolved.
  • Mix cold water and ice to make 1 1/4 cups.
  • Stir into gelatin until slightly thickened.
  • Remove any remaining ice.
  • Stir in whipped topping (reserving enough for garnish
  • on pie if desired) until smooth.
  • Refrigerate 10 minutes or until mixture will mound.
  • Spoon into crust.
  • Refrigerate 4 hours or until firm. Garnish with whipped topping if desired. Yield: 8 servings.
