Ingredients
- 2 lb. lean ground beef
- 1/8 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 tsp. black pepper
- 1 Tbsp. liquid smoke
- 1 Tbsp. mustard seed
- 1 Tbsp. salt
- 3/4 c. water
Method
- Mix all ingredients well.
- Roll into a salami roll.
- Wrap in foil and refrigerate 24 hours.
