Ingredients
- 1/2 c. cooking oil
- 2 egg yolks
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1/8 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- 2 Tbsp. wine vinegar
- 1/4 tsp. dry mustard
Method
- Combine oil and garlic in jar with tight-fitting lid. Refrigerate several hours or overnight.
- Remove garlic.
- Set aside.
