Ingredients

  • 1 tsp. butter
  • 1 Tbsp. vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp. sugar
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 1 small jar pimentos, minced
  • 1 small green pepper, minced
  • 1 small onion, minced
  • 1 tsp. Tabasco sauce

Method

  • Cook the first 5 ingredients in double boiler until thick. Remove from heat and cool.
  • Whip until creamy; add cream cheese and beat again until creamy.
  • Add the rest of the ingredients. Salt to taste and whip again.
  • Serve with chips and vegetables.
