Ingredients
- 1/2 lb. ground beef
- 6 oz. tomato paste
- 1 1/2 c. water
- 1 Tbsp. minced onion
- salt to taste
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire
- 1 Tbsp. yellow mustard
- 2 to 3 tsp. chili powder
- 1 tsp. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. mustard seed
Method
- In a medium saucepan, cook the meat, crumbling with a fork until it loses its red color.
- Add the remaining ingredients and simmer, stirring constantly for 30 minutes.
- Makes 12 servings.
