Ingredients
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. oil
- 1 garlic clove
- 1 lb. beef
- 1 tsp. salt
- pepper to taste
- 1 c. soup stock
- 2 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 2 Tbsp. water
- 1 c. green peppers
- 1/2 tsp. fresh ginger
Method
- Heat pan; add oil and garlic (crushed).
- Add beef, cut in small thin strips.
- Brown.
- Add salt, pepper and soup stock; simmer a few minutes.
