Ingredients
- 1 egg white
- 8 Tbsp. sugar, divided
- 1 c. cornflakes
- 1/2 c. shredded coconut
- 1/4 tsp. almond extract
- 1/4 tsp. vanilla
- dash of salt
Method
- Beat egg white, gradually adding 2 tablespoons sugar until stiff.
- Stir in remaining 6 tablespoons sugar and other ingredients.
- Place by rounded teaspoonfuls on greased cookie sheet.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 350° for 10 minutes or until lightly browned.
- Makes 18 cookies.
