Ingredients

  • 6 oz. spaghetti
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 2 eggs
  • dash of pepper
  • 1 Tbsp prepared mustard
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 can mushroom soup
  • 1 can peas

Method

  • Cook spaghetti about 10 minutes.
  • Drain and rinse.
  • Brown meat, and add salt, pepper, mustard and one egg.
  • Cook a few minutes longer until meat tends to hold together.
  • Form into a ball and place in center of greased 2 quart dish.
  • Combine soup, peas, egg and spaghetti.
  • Mix well.
  • Arrange in circle around meat.
  • Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
  • Turn out.
  • Serve hot.
