Ingredients
- 6 oz. spaghetti
- 1 pound ground beef
- 2 eggs
- dash of pepper
- 1 Tbsp prepared mustard
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 can mushroom soup
- 1 can peas
Method
- Cook spaghetti about 10 minutes.
- Drain and rinse.
- Brown meat, and add salt, pepper, mustard and one egg.
- Cook a few minutes longer until meat tends to hold together.
- Form into a ball and place in center of greased 2 quart dish.
- Combine soup, peas, egg and spaghetti.
- Mix well.
- Arrange in circle around meat.
- Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
- Turn out.
- Serve hot.
