Ingredients
- 3 lb. hamburger
- 3 c. cooked rice
- onion to taste
- salt and pepper
- 2 large heads cabbage
- tomato soup or ketchup or tomatoes
Method
- Combine cooked rice, hamburger, onion, salt and pepper.
- Place cabbage in very hot water to loosen leaves.
- Fill leaves with rice-hamburger mixture.
- Fold shut.
- Place in roaster, folded side down.
- Cover with desired tomato mixture.
- Bake in a 325° oven about 2 1/2 to 3 hours.
