Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground beef, browned and drained
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped green pepper
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 small cans tomato sauce
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. medium width noodles
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 1 c. cottage cheese
  • 1/2 c. sour cream

Method

  • To the browned and drained ground beef, add the green pepper, onion, salt and pepper to taste and the tomato sauce. Simmer until it has cooked some.
  • Prepare the noodles according to directions. Rinse and drain. Blend together the cream cheese, cottage cheese and sour cream.
  • Grease a 2-quart
  • baking dish.
  • Preheat oven to 350°.
  • Make a layer of noodles, cheese and tomatoes and meat sauce.
  • Repeat until all is used.
  • Bake, covered, for 30 minutes. Serve 6 to 8.
