- 1 lb. ground beef, browned and drained
- 2 Tbsp. chopped green pepper
- 1 small onion, chopped
- salt and pepper to taste
- 2 small cans tomato sauce
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. medium width noodles
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 1 c. cottage cheese
- 1/2 c. sour cream
Method
- To the browned and drained ground beef, add the green pepper, onion, salt and pepper to taste and the tomato sauce. Simmer until it has cooked some.
- Prepare the noodles according to directions. Rinse and drain. Blend together the cream cheese, cottage cheese and sour cream.
- Grease a 2-quart
- baking dish.
- Preheat oven to 350°.
- Make a layer of noodles, cheese and tomatoes and meat sauce.
- Repeat until all is used.
- Bake, covered, for 30 minutes. Serve 6 to 8.
