Ingredients

  • approximately 1 1/2 lb. boneless chicken breasts
  • 5 slices Swiss cheese
  • 1 can cream of celery soup or cream of chicken
  • 1 tsp. Bell's seasoning
  • 1/4 c. white wine
  • 1 c. seasoned stuffing (like Pepperidge Farm)
  • 1/4 c. melted margarine or butter
  • 1 tsp. parsley

Method

  • Grease a 13 x 9-inch baking pan.
  • Put chicken in first, layer cheese on top. Combine soup, seasoning, parsley and wine and pour over chicken.
  • Mix butter and stuffing and put on top.
  • Bake, uncovered, in a 350° oven for 30 to 45 minutes.
