- approximately 1 1/2 lb. boneless chicken breasts
- 5 slices Swiss cheese
- 1 can cream of celery soup or cream of chicken
- 1 tsp. Bell's seasoning
- 1/4 c. white wine
- 1 c. seasoned stuffing (like Pepperidge Farm)
- 1/4 c. melted margarine or butter
- 1 tsp. parsley
Method
- Grease a 13 x 9-inch baking pan.
- Put chicken in first, layer cheese on top. Combine soup, seasoning, parsley and wine and pour over chicken.
- Mix butter and stuffing and put on top.
- Bake, uncovered, in a 350° oven for 30 to 45 minutes.
