Ingredients
- 1 lb. ground venison
- 1/2 lb. ground pork
- 1 egg
- 1/2 c. dried bread crumbs
- 1 Tbsp. chopped onion
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 c. milk
- 1/2 c. prepared mustard
- 1/2 c. ketchup
- 2 Tbsp. brown sugar
Method
- Beat egg.
- Add milk and bread crumbs.
- Mix thoroughly with meat and seasonings.
- Put in a loaf pan. Mix the mustard, ketchup and brown sugar.
- Spread over top of meat loaf.
- Bake at 350° for 1 hour.
- Pour off excess grease, if necessary.
