Ingredients
- 3 c. cooked chicken, diced
- 1 1/2 c. cooked rice, cooled
- 2 cans mandarin oranges, drained
- 1 (15 oz.) can chunk pineapple, drained
- 2 c. finely chopped celery
- 1 c. mayonnaise
- 1 tsp. salt to to taste
Method
- Mix all ingredients and serve well chilled.
