Ingredients

  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. lasagna noodles, cooked and drained
  • fresh ground pepper to taste
  • 1 lb. cottage cheese
  • 8 oz. Mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli, cooked and drained
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup

Method

  • Spread about 1/2 cup cream of mushroom soup in greased 9 x 13-inch baking dish. Layer noodles seasoned with pepper, broccoli, cottage cheese, Mozzarella, remaining cream of mushroom soup and Parmesan three times.
  • Bake in preheated oven at 325° for 45 minutes.
  • Let stand 20 minutes before cutting into servings. Yields 6 servings.
