- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. lasagna noodles, cooked and drained
- fresh ground pepper to taste
- 1 lb. cottage cheese
- 8 oz. Mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli, cooked and drained
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
Method
- Spread about 1/2 cup cream of mushroom soup in greased 9 x 13-inch baking dish. Layer noodles seasoned with pepper, broccoli, cottage cheese, Mozzarella, remaining cream of mushroom soup and Parmesan three times.
- Bake in preheated oven at 325° for 45 minutes.
- Let stand 20 minutes before cutting into servings. Yields 6 servings.
