Ingredients
- 2 c. sugar
- 1 stick margarine
- 4 eggs
- 2 tsp. vanilla
- 2 c. flour
- 1 can pie filling (lemon, apple, your choice)
Method
- Beat together margarine and sugar until creamy.
- Add vanilla and eggs.
- Beat until light and creamy.
- Add flour and blend until smooth.
- Pour 3/4 batter into greased 13 x 9-inch pan.
- Spoon filling on top. Put remaining batter on top and bake at 350° for 15 to 20 minutes, until golden brown.
- Cool.
