Ingredients

  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1/2 c. chopped pecans
  • 1/4 c. milk
  • 1 stick margarine
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 30 biscuits

Method

  • Prepare three 9-inch layer pans. Do not grease sides. Mix 1 yellow butter cake mix according to package instructions. Bake in preheated oven at 325° for 20 to 25 minutes or until cake is done. Cool layers. Fill layers with 2/3 Cranberry Filling. Frost side of cake with creamy frosting, forming 1/4-inch ridge above top of cake. Spread top of cake with remaining Cranberry Filling.
