Ingredients
- 1 (8 oz.) bag salad shrimp (1 lb.)
- whipped cream cheese
- 1/2 c. sour cream
- 3/4 c. cocktail sauce, divided
- 1 tsp. hot pepper sauce
- 1/4 c. chopped fresh parsley
Method
- Thaw shrimp according to package directions.
- Rinse and drain.
- Refrigerate until ready to use.
- Spread cream cheese in a 6-inch dish or plate.
- Combine sour cream, 1/2 cup cocktail sauce, hot pepper sauce in a small bowl.
- Layer on top of cream cheese. Combine shrimp, remaining 1/4 cup cocktail sauce and parsley in another small bowl.
- Layer shrimp mixture over sour cream mixture. Serve immediately.
- House crackers.
- Makes 3 cups.
