Ingredients

  • 2 eggs
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 stick oleo
  • 2 c. flour
  • 1 tsp. soda
  • 1 tsp. baking powder
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1/2 c. brown sugar
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 2 tsp. flour
  • 2 tsp. melted oleo
  • 1/2 c. chopped nuts

Method

  • Cream together well the eggs, sugar and oleo.
  • Add the flour, soda, baking powder, sour cream and vanilla.
  • Prepare topping by mixing the brown sugar, cinnamon, remaining flour, oleo and nuts. Spoon into a 10-inch tube pan (greased and floured) and layer in the topping.
  • Bake at 350° for 40 minutes. Cool for 10 minutes before removing from pan.
