Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp. instant coffee
- 2 tsp. hot water
- 1 (14 oz.) can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk (not evaporated milk)
- 4 c. (1 qt.) Borden half and half
- 3/4 c. chopped almonds, toasted
- 1/3 c. almond brickle chips
- 2 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1 tsp. almond extract
Method
- In small bowl, dissolve coffee in water.
- In ice cream freezer containers, combine all ingredients; mix well.
- Freeze according to manufacturer's instructions.
- Freeze leftovers.
