Ingredients
- 1 (2 layer) golden butter cake mix
- 2 c. sour cream
- 2 c. sugar
- 4 c. (5 to 6 oz. pkg.) frozen coconut
Method
- Mix last 3 ingredients and refrigerate overnight.
- Make 2 layers cake from a cake mix.
- Split the layers and put together with filling.
- Cover the cake with filling mixture.
- Refrigerate.
