Ingredients
- 5 large eggs
- 2 sticks margarine, melted
- 1 c. sugar
- 2 Tbsp. vanilla and lemon flavoring
- 4 c. chopped nuts
- 1 lb. candied cherries, cut up in pieces
- 1 lb. candied pineapple
- 2 c. flour
Method
- Mix first 4 ingredients together.
- Mix really well.
- Put candied fruit and nuts in bowl and mix with flour.
- Pour first 4 ingredients into the fruit mixture, working with your hands.
- Bake at 275° for 2 hours or until knife comes out clean.
- Bake in greased and floured loaf pans.
