Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 egg
- 1 slice white bread, crust removed
- 3 Tbsp. milk
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1 (10 oz.) jar piccalilli
Method
- Melt butter or margarine in skillet.
- In bowl, mix together meat, egg, bread (softened in milk) and seasonings.
- Shape in 1-inch balls and saute at medium heat until evenly browned on all sides.
