Ingredients
- 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese (not the soft kind)
- 1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple (drain juice)
- 2 Tbsp. green pepper, chopped fine
- 2 Tbsp. onion, chopped fine
- 1 Tbsp. seasoned salt
- 2 c. finely chopped pecans (set 1 c. aside)
Method
- Mix all ingredients except for the 1 cup pecans.
- Roll into a ball.
- Roll ball over the remaining nuts until coated.
- Chill. Let set 24 hours before serving.
- Set out an hour or so before serving.
- Great on Triscuits.
- Keeps well.
