Ingredients

  • 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese (not the soft kind)
  • 1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple (drain juice)
  • 2 Tbsp. green pepper, chopped fine
  • 2 Tbsp. onion, chopped fine
  • 1 Tbsp. seasoned salt
  • 2 c. finely chopped pecans (set 1 c. aside)

Method

  • Mix all ingredients except for the 1 cup pecans.
  • Roll into a ball.
  • Roll ball over the remaining nuts until coated.
  • Chill. Let set 24 hours before serving.
  • Set out an hour or so before serving.
  • Great on Triscuits.
  • Keeps well.
