Ingredients
- 2 c. sugar
- 1 c. cooking oil
- 2 eggs
- 3 Tbsp. cocoa
- 1 c. Coca-Cola
- 2 c. flour
- 1/2 c. buttermilk
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. soda
- 1 1/2 c. miniature marshmallows
- 1 tsp. vanilla
Method
- Cream sugar and oil.
- Add unbeaten egg; beat thoroughly.
- Mix cocoa and Coca-Cola; bring to a boil.
- Add to creamed mixture; beat well.
- Dissolve soda in buttermilk.
- Add vanilla.
- Add flour and buttermilk mixture to the creamed mixture.
- Stir in marshmallows.
- Bake in greased and floured pan at 350° for 30 to 35 minutes.
