Ingredients

  • 4 squares un-sweetened choco.
  • 1 cat heated and cooled water
  • 3/4 c. sour cream
  • 1/4 c. butter
  • 1 tsp. Vanilla
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 2 c. All purpose flour
  • 2 c. Sugar
  • 1 1/4 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder

Method

  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the first six ingredients. Mix well. Combine the dry ingredintes and gradually add to chocolate mixture. Beat until moist.Beat for another three minutes. Pour into grased and floured round pan.
  • Cook at 350 degrees for 35 minutes or until tooth pick comes out clean. Cool for 15 minutes before removing from the pan. (set on a wire rack to cool)
