Ingredients
- 1 whole chicken, cut up
- 1 can mushroom slices
- 2 cans cream of chicken soup
- 1/3 can water
- 1 box chicken Stove Top stuffing
- 1 qt. water
Method
- Heat chicken in 1 quart of water to boiling.
- Reduce heat. Cover and simmer until chicken is done (about 45 minutes). Remove chicken from pan.
- Let cool, then remove bones and skin. Cut chicken into small pieces.
