Ingredients
- 1 large Velveeta, cut up in chunks
- 1 1/2 to 2 lb. ground beef
- big bell pepper, cut up
- 1 large onion
- 1 can refried beans
- 1 jar salsa (12 to 16 oz.)
- jalapenos to flavor
Method
- Brown meat with bell pepper and onions.
- Drain, then put in cut up cheese along with rest of ingredients.
- Heat until melted or cook slowly in crock-pot, but keep warm!
