- 3 lb. spareribs
- 1/4 c. onion
- 1/2 c. celery
- 1 c. catsup
- 1/2 c. water
- 1/4 c. lemon juice
- 2 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 3 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 2 Tbsp. vinegar
- 1 Tbsp. mustard
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
Method
- Brown spareribs.
- Combine all ingredients and pour over ribs and simmer.
- Very good done in crock-pot.
- Broil ribs; place in crock-pot (ribs/sauce) and cook on low several hours.
- Serve with rice.
