Ingredients
- 4 C fresh basil leaves
- .5 C olive oil
- .5 C pine nuts
- 2 garlic cloves
- .25 C grated Parm
- .25 C pecorino Sardo or Parm
- 1 tsp. kosher salt
Method
- Combine first 4 ingredients in blender.
- Blend until paste forms.
- Add both cheeses and salt.
- Blend until smooth.
