Ingredients

  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup half-and-half
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 1/3 cup minced onions
  • Salt and garlic powder
  • 8 ounces shredded Swiss or sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1 package frozen chopped spinach
  • 1 premade piecrust

Method

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
  • In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, half-and-half, mayonnaise, and flour.
  • Add the remaining ingredients.
  • Place the piecrust in a deep, 9-inch pie dish.
  • Pour the egg mixture into the crust and bake for 45 minutes to 1 hour or until the top is golden brown.
