Ingredients
- 2 (16 oz.) loaves frozen bread
- 1/4 c. flour
- 2 egg whites
- 2 tsp. water
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 2 tsp. cinnamon
Method
- Thaw the bread dough in refrigerator overnight.
- Divide each loaf into 10 (2-inch) balls.
- Sprinkle work surface with flour. Roll each ball into an 18-inch long rope. On greased baking sheets, form pretzels.
- Let stand in a warm place for 30 minutes.
