- 1 (2 lb.) bag frozen hash browns
- 1 can cream of potato soup
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 green pepper, chopped
- 1 (8 oz.) sour cream
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. shredded Cheddar cheese
- salt and pepper to taste
Method
- In large bowl, mix all ingredients well.
- Put into greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
- Sprinkle with Cheddar cheese (parsley and paprika are optional).
- Bake, uncovered, at 300° for 1 1/2 hours.
- Can be made a day ahead and frozen, baked or uncooked. Serves 12.
