Ingredients
- 1/3 c. soy sauce
- 1/3 c. honey
- 3/4 c. warm water
- 2 tbsp. oil
- 3 - 4 garlic cloves (or possibly use garlic pwdr)
- 3 lbs. chicken breasts or possibly best parts of 1 chicken
Method
- Mix all ingredients together, except chicken.
- Lay chicken skin side up in a 9 x 13 inch dish.
- Pour mix over chicken.
- Let sit 2 hrs or possibly overnight.
- Baste occasionally.
- Remove garlic cloves.
- Bake in 350 degree oven for 1 1/2 hrs, basting occasionally.
- Serve over rice.
