Ingredients

  • 1/3 c. soy sauce
  • 1/3 c. honey
  • 3/4 c. warm water
  • 2 tbsp. oil
  • 3 - 4 garlic cloves (or possibly use garlic pwdr)
  • 3 lbs. chicken breasts or possibly best parts of 1 chicken

Method

  • Mix all ingredients together, except chicken.
  • Lay chicken skin side up in a 9 x 13 inch dish.
  • Pour mix over chicken.
  • Let sit 2 hrs or possibly overnight.
  • Baste occasionally.
  • Remove garlic cloves.
  • Bake in 350 degree oven for 1 1/2 hrs, basting occasionally.
  • Serve over rice.
