Ingredients
- 1 c. chutney, finely chopped
- 1/2 c. butter
- 2 tsp. lemon juice
- 3/4 tsp. curry powder
- 1/4 tsp. ginger
- 8 shoulder lamb chops
Method
- Combine chutney, butter, lemon juice, curry powder and ginger and cook in saucepan over low heat, stirring occasionally for 10 minutes.
- Grill chops 4 to 5 inches from coals, about 20 to 30 minutes, basting frequently with sauce.
