Ingredients
- 10 carrots
- 10 green tomatoes
- 10 onions
- 5 red peppers
- 5 green peppers
- 4 c. sugar
- 3 c. vinegar
- 1 Tbsp. celery seed
- 1 Tbsp. mustard seed
- 1/2 c. salt
Method
- Put salt over ground up vegetables. Let stand 1 hour. Mix well, rinse and squeeze out liquid. Heat vinegar, sugar and spices and pour over vegetables. Pour into jars. No need to seal. (I seal mine.)
