Ingredients
- 2 cups flour
- 1 12 teaspoons baking powder
- 12 teaspoon salt
- 12 teaspoon ginger
- 14 teaspoon white pepper (optional)
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 12 cup margarine
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 tablespoon milk
Method
- Sift together dry ingredients in a small bowl.
- In a large bowl, cream margarine and sugar until fluffy.
- Beat in egg.
- Stir in flour mix and milk.
- Blend thoroughly.
- Chill 1 hour.
- On lightly floured board, roll out dough to 1/4 thickness.
- Bake until lightly browned at edges.
- Decorate with frosting.
