Ingredients
- 1 c. butter
- 3/4 lb. cream cheese
- 1/4 lb. Roquefort
- 1 Tbsp. green onion
- 1/2 tsp. Tabasco
- 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
- 1/4 c. beer, cream or mayonnaise
Method
- Have everything at room temperature.
- Mix ingredients together.
- Shape a cone from cardboard and lay over sherbet glass. Cover cone with Saran Wrap.
- Frost with cheese mixture.
- Decorate with stuffed olives, pimiento, ripe olives and gherkins.
