Ingredients
- 600 g (21.2oz) Fresh Cranberries
- 250 ml (8.8fl oz) Port
- 1 Orange
- 1 Lemon
- 125 g (4.4oz) Sugar
Method
- Place the cranberries in a pan and add the port.
- Add the zest and juice of the orange and lemon.
- Add the sugar and place the pan on a low heat, stirring until the sugar has dissolved.
- Then bring to a boil over a medium heat.
- Leave for about 20 minutes then take off the heat and allow the cranberries to cool completely before placing in jars.
