Ingredients

  • Bread
  • 3 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 1/2 cups sugar
  • 1 1/2 cups brown sugar
  • 2 teaspoons baking soda
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1 cup oil
  • 4 eggs
  • 2/3 cup water
  • 2 cups canned pumpkin
  • Topping
  • 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted and slightly cooled
  • 1/2 cup ground pecans

Method

  • 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • 2. Spray 2 loaf pans with Pam.
  • 3. Combine all bread ingredients in bowl.
  • 4. In a seperate bowl, combine streusel topping ingredients.
  • 5. Pour batter into pans.
  • 6. Spread streusel topping over batter
  • 7. Bake for 1 hour.
