Ingredients
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1/2 c. celery, chopped
- 1 can bean sprouts, drained
- 1 can chow mein noodles
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can mushrooms
Method
- Brown beef, onion and celery.
- Drain well and mix with all other ingredients.
- Pour into baking dish. Bake at 350° for 1 hour.
