Ingredients
- 1/2 c. butter
- 1 c. brown sugar
- 1/4 c. milk
- 1 1/2 to 2 c. powdered sugar
Method
- Melt butter.
- Add brown sugar.
- Boil over low heat 2 minutes, stirring constantly.
- Stir in milk; bring to boil, stirring constantly.
- Cool to lukewarm.
- Gradually add powdered sugar and beat on high until thick enough to spread.
- If too thick, add a few drops of water.
- Wonderful on spice or butter pecan cake.
