Ingredients
- 1 lb. lean ground beef
- 1/2 lb. ground pork
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 1 large green pepper, chopped
- 1 whole stalk celery, cut in 1-inch pieces
- 6 Tbsp. soy sauce
Method
- Brown hamburger and pork.
- Saute green pepper and onion, then add to meat.
- Add the celery and soy sauce.
- Cover with water just to top of mixture.
- Simmer 45 minutes to 1 hour.
- When celery is cooked, add cornstarch to water to thicken.
- Serve over noodles or rice.
- Very easy and delicious!
