Ingredients
- 2 c. flour
- 2 c. sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 c. chopped nuts (optional)
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1 20-oz. can crushed pineapple, do not drain
- 1 8-oz. pkg. cream cheese
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 stick margarine
- 2 c. 10-X sugar
Method
- Blend together flour, sugar, eggs, baking soda, pineapple and nuts by hand.
- Bake in greased and floured 9 x 13 inch pan at 350° for 35 minutes.
- Mix together cream cheese, vanilla, margarine and 10-X sugar for topping.
- Cover cake with topping while cake is hot and refrigerate.
