Ingredients

  • 1/2 c. soft oleo
  • 1/2 c. vegetable oil
  • 1 3/4 c. sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1/2 c. sour milk
  • 2 1/2 c. flour
  • 4 Tbsp. cocoa
  • 1/2 tsp. baking powder
  • 1 tsp. baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp. cloves (optional)
  • 2 c. grated zucchini
  • 1/2 to 1 c. chocolate chips

Method

  • Cream oleo, oil and sugar.
  • Add eggs, vanilla and sour milk. Beat well.
  • Sift flour and rest of dry ingredients together.
  • Stir in zucchini.
  • Pour into greased 9 x 12-inch oblong pan.
  • Sprinkle chocolate chips on top.
  • Bake at 325° for 40 to 45 minutes on top shelf of oven.
  • Check before 45 minutes.
