Ingredients

  • 2 large loaves Pepperidge Farm sliced bread
  • 3 jars (5 oz.) Kraft Old English sharp cheese
  • 1 (8 oz.) jar Woody's sharp Cheddar cheese
  • 1 lb. butter
  • 1 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 1/4 tsp. cayenne
  • 1 tsp. Beau Monde seasoning
  • 1 tsp. Tabasco sauce
  • 1 tsp. onion powder
  • 1 1/2 tsp. dill weed

Method

  • Have ingredients at room temperature and mix.
  • Remove crust from bread.
  • Spread cheese mixture on 3 slices and place them together, then cut into 3 strips and cut these 3 strips in half (end up with 6 pieces).
  • Frost sides and top with cheese mixture thinly.
  • Place cubes on cookie sheet and freeze.
  • When frozen, put into plastic bag and keep frozen.
