Ingredients
- 1 c. soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp. sake or any liquor (can be omitted)
- 1/3 c. sugar
- 1 Tbsp. ginger
- 1 clove garlic, grated
- 1/4 c. onion, grated
Method
- Mix ingredients well.
- Marinate meat (chicken, beef or ribs) 1 hour.
- Can be marinated overnight.
- Baste meat with sauce while broiling.
- Yields 1 1/4 cups.
