Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 c. graham cracker crumbs
  • 1 (16 oz.) box confectioners sugar
  • 1 1/2 c. peanut butter
  • 1 1/4 c. margarine, divided
  • 1 (12 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips

Method

  • In a large bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs and sugar.
  • Melt peanut butter and 3/4 cup margarine together; pour over cracker crumbs and sugar and mix thoroughly.
  • Press into the bottom of a 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan.
  • Melt chocolate chips and 1/2 cup margarine together; spread over peanut butter layer.
  • Cool to room temperature before cutting into bars.
  • Refrigerate.
