Ingredients
- 1 yeast
- 1 1/2 c. warm water
- 1/3 c. sugar
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 c. oil
- 4 c. plain flour
Method
- Dissolve yeast in warm water.
- Add sugar to yeast and water. Add salt, oil and flour and mix well.
- Grease bowl and put dough in and turn over so top of dough will be well-greased.
- Put in warm place and let rise until doubled.
- Roll out on floured paper and knead until stiff enough to make rolls.
- Let rolls rise until doubled in size and bake at 425° until brown.
