Ingredients
- 6 Tbsp. oregano
- 6 Tbsp. onion powder
- 2 Tbsp. basil
- 2 Tbsp. marjoram
- 2 Tbsp. savory
- 2 Tbsp. garlic powder
- 1 Tbsp. rosemary
- 1 Tbsp. thyme
- 1 1/2 tsp. sage
- 1 1/2 tsp. black pepper
Method
- Combine all ingredients.
- Crush a few tablespoonfuls at a time in mortar with pestle.
- Store in a shaker or tightly covered container.
