Ingredients
- 4 slices white bread
- 1 can Eagle Brand milk
- 1 1/2 c. flaked coconut
- 2/3 c. pecans, chopped
Method
- Cut each slice of bread into 4 strips. Mix coconut and pecans.
- Dip bread strips
- into
- milk,
- then roll into coconut mixture.
- Place on greased cookie
- sheet
- and
- bake

- to 12 minutes at 350°, or until golden brown.
